Die Sohecais GmbH verpflichtet sich zur Einhaltung höchster ethischer Standards bei der Anwerbung von Pflegekräften aus dem Ausland. Unser Ziel ist es, eine faire, transparente und respektvolle Rekrutierung zu gewährleisten, die den Anforderungen des Gütesiegels „Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland“ entspricht.

1. Kostenfreiheit der Anwerbung

Wir stellen sicher, dass alle Kosten im Zusammenhang mit der Anwerbung von Pflegekräften von der Sohecais GmbH getragen werden. Den Pflegekräften entstehen keine Kosten für ihre Rekrutierung, Visa, Reisekosten oder sonstige Gebühren.

2. Nichtdiskri­minierung und Gleich­stellung

Wir verpflichten uns zur Gleichbehandlung aller Pflegekräfte, unabhängig von ihrer Herkunft, ihrem Geschlecht, ihrer Religion oder anderen persönlichen Merkmalen. Alle Pflegekräfte erhalten die gleichen Arbeitsbedingungen und Vergütungen wie inländische Arbeitnehmer.

3. Unterstützung bei Integration und Sprachförderung

Die Sohecais GmbH bietet umfassende Unterstützung bei der Integration der Pflegekräfte in Deutschland. Dazu gehören: – Wir bieten nach der Vermittlung die Vermittlung zu Deutschkursen an, um sicherzustellen, dass die Pflegekräfte die deutsche Sprache beherrschen und sich im beruflichen und privaten Umfeld verständigen können. –  Wir unterstützen die Pflegekräfte bei der Anerkennung ihrer ausländischen Qualifikationen und begleiten sie durch den gesamten Prozess. – Jeder Pflegekraft wird ein Mentor zugewiesen, der sie bei der Eingewöhnung und Integration unterstützt. Dies umfasst Hilfe bei der Wohnungssuche, Behördengängen und anderen alltäglichen Herausforderungen.

4. Transparenz und Kommunikation

Wir gewährleisten volle Transparenz während des gesamten Anwerbungsprozesses. Pflegekräfte erhalten klare und verständliche Informationen über den Ablauf, ihre Rechte und Pflichten sowie Ansprechpartner bei der Sohecais GmbH.

5. Einhaltung internationaler Standards

Unsere Anwerbungspraktiken richten sich nach den internationalen Normen und Standards, einschließlich des Globalen Verhaltenskodex der WHO für die internationale Anwerbung von Gesundheitsfachkräften. Es wird insbesondere nicht in Ländern rekrutiert, die auf der aktuell geltenden WHO health workforce support and safeguards list aufgeführt sind.

6. Einhaltung internationaler Menschen­rechts­standards

Wir verpflichten uns zur Einhaltung internationaler Menschenrechts­standards, insbesondere: – der ILO Kernarbeitsnormen, – der ILO General principles and operational guidelines for fair recruitment and definition of recruitment fees and related costs, – der United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, – sowie internationaler UN-Menschenrechtsabkommen.

7. Employer-Pays-Prinzip

Von der internationalen Pflegefachperson werden weder direkt noch indirekt Vermittlungskosten oder Kosten für unmittelbar mit der Vermittlung zusammenhängende Leistungen erhoben. Dies gilt für die gesamte Dienstleistungskette.

8. Überwachung und Qualitäts­sicherung

Die Einhaltung dieser Grundsätze wird regelmäßig überprüft und durch die Gütegemeinschaft Anwerbung und Vermittlung von Pflegekräften aus dem Ausland e. V. überwacht. Wir verpflichten uns zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und zur Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Mit dieser Grundsatzerklärung bekräftigt die Sohecais GmbH ihr Engagement für eine faire und ethisch verantwortungsvolle Anwerbung von Pflegekräften und trägt zur Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege in Deutschland bei. —

Sohecais GmbH policy statement on the fair recruitment of nursing staff

Sohecais GmbH is committed to adhering to the highest ethical standards when recruiting nursing staff from abroad. Our aim is to ensure fair, transparent and respectful recruitment that meets the requirements of the “Fair Recruitment Care Germany” seal of approval.

1. free recruitment

We ensure that all costs associated with the recruitment of nursing staff are borne by Sohecais GmbH. The nurses do not incur any costs for their recruitment, visas, travel expenses or other fees.

2. non-discrimination and equality

We are committed to the equal treatment of all caregivers, regardless of their origin, gender, religion or other personal characteristics. All nursing staff receive the same working conditions and remuneration as domestic employees.

3. support with integration and language training

Sohecais GmbH offers comprehensive support for the integration of nursing staff in Germany. This includes – We offer placement in German language courses after placement to ensure that care workers are proficient in German and can communicate in their professional and private environment. – We support the nursing staff with the recognition of their foreign qualifications and guide them through the entire process. – Each nurse is assigned a mentor to help them settle in and integrate. This includes help with finding accommodation, dealing with the authorities and other day-to-day challenges.

We ensure full transparency throughout the entire recruitment process. Caregivers receive clear and understandable information about the process, their rights and obligations as well as contact persons at Sohecais GmbH.

5. compliance with international standards

Our recruitment practices comply with international norms and standards, including the WHO Global Code of Practice for the International Recruitment of Healthcare Professionals. In particular, we do not recruit in countries that are on the current WHO health workforce support and safeguards list.

6. Compliance with international human rights standards

We are committed to complying with international human rights standards, in particular – the ILO core labor standards, – the ILO General principles and operational guidelines for fair recruitment and definition of recruitment fees and related costs, – the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, – and international UN human rights conventions.

7. Employer pays principle

No direct or indirect recruitment fees or costs for services directly related to the placement will be charged to the international nurse. This applies to the entire service chain.

Compliance with these principles is regularly reviewed and monitored by the Gütegemeinschaft Anwerbung und Vermittlung von Pflegekräften aus dem Ausland e. V. (Quality Association for the Recruitment and Placement of Nursing Staff from Abroad). We are committed to the continuous improvement of our processes and to compliance with all legal requirements.
